HSBC Arena - Home of the Buffalo Sabres
Located on Buffalo's waterfront, HSBC Arena is Western New York's premier entertainment facility and the home of the Buffalo Sabres. This state-of-the-art facility was designed with all kinds of live sports and entertainment in mind. U & S Services’ was part of the initial project hired at a preference and entrusted with the responsibility of providing controls and creature comfort for this maximum seating facility of 19,000 people. The system has since been upgraded and fully integrated including HVAC, Lightening, CCTV, and Card Access.

One of the largest employers in Western New York, U & S Services provides HVAC and security controls all accessible from a single location. A tedious 4 four year project included the renovation of historical buildings such as the Court House and Rath Building.  University at Buffalo
The largest public university in New York State. 90% of two campuses are controlled by a Tour Andover Controls fully integrated control system provided by U & S Services. We were able to provide the university’s personnel the same training our technicians receive and volume discount pricing our competitors wouldn’t. Roswell Park Cancer Institute
The people dedicated to curing cancer choose U & S Services to control their facility. An affiliate of the University of Buffalo, the campus spans 25 acres and consists of 15 buildings with approximately 1 million square feet. U & S Services has been entrusted with multiple projects.

 Mercyhurst College, Erie, PA
Ranked among the top 20 comprehensive colleges in the North by U.S. News & World Report Best American Colleges Guide for 7 years in a row. A 70 acre campus with 57 buildings, Mercyhurst College’s Hammermill Library was just recently equipped with and Andover Controls Access Control System. The Hirt building, freshman residence halls, Mercy Suites and Adult Education Center already have similar systems, and the whole campus will eventually be equipped this way.		 Access Controls

Newly renovation project called Vision 2000 included the construction of a new, 100,000 square-foot wing. The project also included an expanded laboratory, the tripling of the Emergency Room, a New Surgery Center, a modern behavioral health unit with a partial hospitalization program, expanded outpatient services and enhanced inpatient comfort and privacy.
